Theresa, try Renesis player. I know it's another program, but it's free. Hi Karen, mine did this too, when I first got my cricut. I wasnt using scal at all, didnt even know what it was then, lol. Have you tried resetting your machine. I have this one also , it came from my DD jr softball uniform, I used it to make my son a shirt just like his sissy's. I have a scut file and an svg file if u want them. If you know how to use inkscape you could seperate the crush from the ball.
