Craft Edge

I do not have inkscape but know thiat i should be able to put text in to a circle but cannot figure it out... Computer dummy is what i am and not familiar with path, and other terms.. Can someone just give me instuctions on how to do this or where I can go to find out???? I have scal 3 and a silhoue...

I found a picture or graphic on Coloring for kids and saved it on my computer as a bmp.
