can someone make this into an svg?

I cannot figure out how to make this picture all black...so I can trace it in inkscape... UGH! I have been in my photo program picking each color and trying that way...but it's taking too long and I can get all of the parts selected...I just want it all 1 solid piece....

Any help would be appreciated
