Please someone send me to the tutorial to make circles in inkscape.....

thanks so much !!!! still I kept getting an eclipe and couldn't get it to meet completely but found the partial circle and the complete circle and clicked on it ...have been trying this on and off for 2 days ....thanks so much !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
