When in XP compatible mode...

I wanted to try the XP compatible mode as I'm having problems with freezing so I thought this might help. When I open the program it asks for the activation information but it won't accept my information. Rejects my serial number. Any suggestion?

That's because the program is working fine with the mode you have it it.. Aside from freezing..
