Question about Material to select in Sizzix Eclips2?

Question about Material to select in Sizzix Eclips2?

I just started using SCAL and Sizzix Ecips2. I am confused as to the material to select to cut. I want to cut cardstock, so is it Material M or another? Thanks for any help you can give me.

I think I figured this out today. I think those letters means light, medium and heavy cardstock. If I am wrong just ket me know. :D

L = light, M = medium, H = hard
