Lines cutting through image

Please help me. I am having trouble with my US Cutter MH721-MK2. I have the sure cuts a lot 4 and when I trace a PNG file in the program. It's cuts line through the image/design that not in the image or design and it doesn't show in the preview. If I cut a image I make out of Sure Cuts A Lot it doesn't cut the lines through.
