Unrecognizable files

My Scal 4 will not recognize a whole lot of my SVG files. What is wrong and how do I fix it?

Becky, contact CraftEdge support directly using the support request form on the craftEdge.com page. Be sure to say where the svg came from I.e. Inkscape, illustrator etc. as this will be important.
