Hi,
depending on your skill with Inkscape/illustrator or SCAL there are any number of svg files or jogs you can use to assemble just what you want.

Once you've identified which one(s) you want and need some help getting it together come one back with a link to the one you like

Download these two files and you should have no problem putting something together.
