scal 3 and cameo

Just purchased a new cameo. Have it all ready to go and now I can't get it to cut from scal 3. It will cut from silhouette studio but not from scal 3. Any suggestions?

Need all info...your OS, and does Scal even open...what scal version have you installed?

I don't have that cutter, but know you need to specify your cutter within Scal under Cutter, choose a cutter, I believe...and make sure there is a driver downloaded in the HELP section, possibly.

Some have had success when doing a re-install of the scal 3 latest version.

Maybe someone else has other suggestions...or contact support@craftedge.com

I am just not sure....let us know how it goes.

thanks for the help....got it figured out. Just kept trying different things till something worked LOL. At least I knew if I screwed it up, customer support would help me!

i didn't realize you could use SCAL with the cameo?

@Theresa - yes, all you have to do is upgrade to SCAL3. I love it!!!
