Sorry you did not get a response.

We typically respond to emails within 24 hours, so please make sure our emails are not getting tagged as spam.

I think I found the original email sent earlier this week and sent another reply, so try to activate again now.

You probably already know this, but you really should save you files to an external hard drive or some other method. If I lost all of my svg files, I would be so upset. I don't back up as often as I should, but I'm getting better. Glad to hear you're up and running. :) Hope all of the kinks get worked out soon.

Yep I knew that...but ya know what thats where most of my my svg's files were,,and what ever went wrong it went into the external hard drive and wipe out 85 % of my stuff..most of the folder I had saved in there are now empty..but it may take me hrs and hrs but when I do a search and type in *.* most of them pop up? and I cant save them all at once,,one at time and ive had my scal for a couple of yrs and and i'm a pack rat so its going to be a long nite .lol..have tons and tons stuff on it and not just my svg ..

but now after I have save the file..am not sure if it because of what happen or if something else is wrong,,but then this has happen to me before,,but I open the file in inkscape..and created a pic path so I could take it to paint to make the lines thicker..I know it can be done in Ink,,but never have learn how to do that......lol but anyways when I take it back to ink ,and make svg looks great but then take it to be cut ,it goes crazy on me,look like this.GGGGRRRRRRRRRR

o top today off I order new checks with new addy and got them today and they didnt put hubby name of the news checks ,,,call and they told me they would charge me again to print new checks,,,I dont think so,,lol if it's not one thing its another and I'm about to go over the edge, lol

Maybe take the computer and the external to a computer geek and with one click they will restore them all. You must be finding the temporary file that is saved, maybe...not sure...but, well, and in the meantime,... when you get it how you want it in ink, maybe copy paste it to a new Inkscape page and then save it again and it won't go wacky, maybe. I think I read that, about copy paste to a new window and then save...not sure, but when I have had problems with inkscape svg's opening right in scal, if I do this it makes them work right. I do that in scal sometimes too...if an svg does not appear on the screen right for the color, I copy paste to a new page and export for a new svg, either overwriting the original or giving it a new name.
My pictures and files are available for a limited time only.
