Sizzix Eclips/eCal in stock?

Does anyone know if Craftedge has this combo in stock? I have ordered one and at the time I ordered (OMC website) I was told they were in stock. Now suddenly they are not until 4-16. So I was looking around for an alternate place to purchase but did not want to order from Craftedge only to later be told it is on back order. I tried emailing them with no response. Thanks.

Will do......Is it just me or is this forum not very active? When I was thinking of getting the Zing I joined the MTC forum. That forum is very active. I had even though about getting MTC for my Silhoutte. Now don't get me wrong I use and love SCAL. I started with the version that worked (at the time) with that other cutter no one likes to talk about anymore Then I got my Silhoutte and upgraded to SCAL 3. I am pretty good on many aspects of SCAL. However, I have read that MTC is a great program too and in fact several who have both seem to like it more than SCAL. I would like to have and use both. I am sure there are some things that one will do that the other will not. Is there a dedicated Sizzix Eclips forum or group? Thanks.

In 'searching' it appears there is a forum and a couple of blogs with excellent inspiring ideas. PLUS on FB, too.

I tried MTC once...the trial...I much preferred SCAL. It is all probably preference and the group that you enjoy sharing with the most. ALL forums seem a bit slow right now to me. People are busy with other things I guess.

@steven252000 I am glad that you decided on the Eclips. I saw you on the other forum. I bought MTC early last year. I purchased my Eclips from OMC and my ECAL from here. It's easier for me to use MTC because I am used to it. But I am working on ECAL. Each has it's own benefits. I visit both websites. I particularly enjoy seeing everyone's masterpieces.

I do love my Eclips. The Zing requires a lot more adjustments and I want to spend my time working with the software, not fighting with my cutter. Also, a lot of people are selling their Zings--must be a reason!

It has been a little slow....not unusual sometimes. Weather is changing for us, another holiday is on us. Just like anything it has it's ups and downs. I even notice my family and friends Facebook postings are seriously down, so it's not symptomatic of anything on the forum.

Maybe we need a good challenge....we haven't had one in awhile. Look for the next post and I will try to get one started.

Thanks everyone. Mine should be here Tues. I am already messing around with a demo copy of ECAL...lol. Look forward to some bigger cuts and also the different materials that it will cut. In the end ease of use, word of mouth, price and almost being as capable as the Zing won me over to the Eclipse.
