cupcake wrapper

Please help me with this project. I just can't figure it out! I will pay someone to make up this design on a cupcake wrapper in SVG format. I have Sure Cuts A Lot 2 and using Cricut Expression. I will attach sketch. It is a needle and thread with the musical notes hanging from it. Please e-mail me (jagarden@aol.com)

I did not use your picture exactly, but rather HeatherM's cupcake frame and musical elements from SCAL shape library.
Hope this is not too late. I tried once before and it did not work...but this looks pretty good to me.

Note: You might have to change the sizing...this is kind of large like for a bigger muffin. Could try W-9.857 H-4.225, or leave the H as is and just change the width. Sorry, I don't bake so I don't know the best sizing.

OMG! That is so nice! This is the first time I've gotten on in a week so what a surprise. I really, really appreciate this! Do you think I can move the thread in SCAL so that it is curvy? I think I can do that. Thank you so much. Do you have a charge for doing this?
