Difficulty with Rhinestone Feature

I am having difficulty with the rhinestone feature of SCAL, at first it worked fine, then after a few cuts I would no longer let me cut if I went into the design and moved a few rhinestones to clean up design. The computer screen indicated that cutting was complete but cricut did not cut. I am not sure if it's user error, my computer, or the SCAL program. I went to my friend's house and her's worked fine, she brought her cricut over to my place and we experienced the same problem. HELP.

Is it possible that you could take a snip picture of the design or do a print screen for a picture and upload that with the .scut file here for one of us to take a look at it.

You would have had to break the image apart to remove stones, and maybe you should regroup them. However, when I tried to duplicate the problem...it would just cut fine for me. It could have to do with perhaps you have an image and letters and maybe they should be done separately. It could be that you have a picture placed in scal along with the rhinestones and you need to hide that when you go to cut.

But unless we see what you are working with and have the file we really can't assist much.
