Pedicure Thank You

Post by papasue »

I got kidnapped the other day by my BFF. We had been talking about all the things we hadn't done in life yet, given that we will be 70 soon and I said I had never had a pedicure and only one professional manicure in my life. Not that I wanted to, just had never seemed important. I do have nails that grow long and when I have a special occasion I paint them.

So when she showed up she said "put on come capri pants and get some thong sandals on". The next thing I knew we were at the shop. Not a life changing experience but my nails and toes do look nice.

I made her a TU card for being so special and dragging me to check one thing off the "bucket list".

Just sharing the card for inspiration if you have a BFF who treats you to a pedicure. :P

Sweeeeet and awesome card! Having a pedicure is not on my bucket list. I have the ugliest feet on the planet and I would not subject my worst enemy to them. Glad you liked it.

I have ugly toes too! My two small ones are very curved on both feet but vanity on my appearance is about a 4 on a scale of 10. I even cut my own hair, don' like being touched by strangers. They aren't eve small feet.

Any way I'm working on a cut file for the sandals with pretty feet but it is time consuming with a lot of nodes to manipulate.

You try it. A good challenge for all of us.

I borrowed some feet from clker.com and gave them a pedicure. I certainly couldn't use mine as a model. Do they look like "men feet" with a pedi? Hmmm.

pastda, these would have made my project easier. Now find some flip-flops and see if you beat me in the challenge of a cut file.

Anyone else in?

Susan - again help from Clker. I thought maybe you can slip the foot under the flip part.
