I'm so Bummed

Post by Dwollsch »

I am so so so Bummed. My computer crashed...on it my copy of SCAL2. I had a saved copy of the program but I can't find my serial number to reactivate it. AUGH...and of course I can't get another because I have no access to the email account (If I could even remember it) that I used when I bought it. I would just buy a new one if I could but SCAL3 won't work for my cricut. I'm so irritated at PC I will never buy another of there products.

If ANYONE has a copy for sale could you please let me know. I use the mess out of this program and I really really need it.

Contact customer support and tell them your story. I'm sure they would be more than happy to help with this.
If you aren't learning something new everyday you might as well just lie in a grave and wait for death.

They are able to support current SCAL users for the Cricut until the end of the year, so I am sure they can help you.

Good luck!

If all else fails, find a computer tech and see if they can retrieve the program from your hard drive. I had 2 hard drives crash on me (which is why I always make sure I buy the hard copy version of software) and many times your data can be retrieved and possibly this program.
