Hello, i couldn't really find a thread on this situation so i figured it would be best to make my own.
The story goes like this. I made a cupcake wrapper in illustrator from scratch and saved it as an svg. file. I went through the steps of importing it into SCAL and proceeded to cut a test page. When i took the mat out of the cricut I noticed that everything was cut except the top of the arch. the bottom of the arch and the mushrooms cut fine but the top of the arch is missing all of the lines as if the program never cut them and I'm at a loss as to how to fix this; I've been trying to fix it for two days strait and it's important that i get them cut because they are for a mad tea party I'm attending like in Alice in wonderland.
If anyone has any help to give i would be most grateful; all my software and firmware is up to date and I've made cuts before that were perfect but this is the third project I've done i got the SCAL software on Monday and the cutting process just seems to be degrading as i go. Please help anyone if you can thank you.

Re: Won't cut whole image
Can you upload your file here and maybe someone (smarter than me) can help you figure it out, but the file would help them probably.

Make sure that the file is completely within the cutting boundary on the virtual mat. This is the line that is about 0.25 inch away from the edge of the mat. Also, make sure that you are saving your svg's from AI with "Preserve Illustrator editing capabilities" Not selected. HTH
