How do i erase the line above the scalloped edge?

i just want it to cut from the top of the page to the scalloped. I dont want it to cut just that little piece of scallop .

Can you post the SCAL file? That would be a great help in figuring out how to do what you need to do.

Just weld a rectangle/square to your scallop. Say you want a scallop along the edge of a 5x7 card. Create your card and weld with the scallop edge.
