need help converting this please

I need this image converted to svg or SCAL2 please. A friend of mine wants this to put on something for her child for Christmas. They were the state champs this year, and she wants him to have something to remember it by. I'm not very good with Inkscape when there is this much detail. She wants venom layered blue on red, the snake gray, and then the baseball. The stitches on the baseball are red. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!

She also wants just the VENOM (layered) to put on an ornament.

Heres what I was able to accomplish but since I'm a beginner I had a hard time with the face so maybe someone more advanced can pick it up and finish it.
