help with inkscape

i have been working on these cows for days and not doing a very good job with it. hoping that someone who knows what they are doing can help me out. i am wanting to do some christmas presents for my sister in law with them. thanks in advance.

Oh those are so cute!!!! Hard to trace with the white in the cows.
