Basic "How to" question

Post by Sancho »

Hi,

How do I cut out just the basic panda shape without cutting out all the inside pieces?

I have the newest version of SCAL.

Thanks,

Lauren

when one panda is selected, you could (from the top of the mat) break it apart. That will break all your pieces up, so that you can cut them in different colors if desired... Or, if you just want the panda shape, you could select it, then set it to 'blackout'...

Use the object/breakapart.. delete the other pieces.. or move them way off the mat so they don't cut..

Thanks for the info. I was trying to do the object/break apart and it wasn't working. But then I read your post and tried it again and it worked.
