error message during cutting

The requested operation requires elevation.
The cut also went through my work.

I am a friend of the person who is having this problem.
I have asked her to register here but thought if I start the topic someone may have some insight
I have asked her to let us know the version of SCAL she is using, her operating system and whether this is an image she created or an SVG she has from somewhere else.
I couldn't think of any other info you might need.
looking at the error it seems she is using Windows at least.

I've never seen this error message posted on the boards. It might be best if you sent this info as a PM to CraftEdge or have the user do so and seek their advice.

Thanks Sandy Grammy is helping me out with it.
I did not realise we could not post to the boards with these sort of problems.
AS I am on a lot of groups and we do just that I think it helps if others come across the same problem.
BUT I won't post any more on here and will inform my friend.
