School years picture frame

Has anyone ever made a template for a school years picture frame? I want to make one for my granddaughter. It can be circles, squares or whatever.

I have just recently made one.... 2 layers, fits a 12x 12 (scrapbooking) frame....
one layer should fit on top of the other... I haven't actually cut it yet...

it would only allow me to attach one layer, it says the layer is too big... one layer will do the job though...
