Line through Rhinestone Template

Every other time I draw an ouline and convert it to rhinestones, when I go to cut, it cuts a line through the template. I have a Windows 7 machine running SCAL2. Can anyone figure out why it's doing this? It's frustrating to take the time to draw what I need and it not convert.

The Trial Version will cut a line through things...but once you input your registration purchase number it should not do that anymore. Maybe you will need to contact Craft Edge.
