Help Convert HS Logo to SVG/SCUT

I tried to convert this logo in Inkscape. When I did, it did not bring in all the letters.

What did I do wrong?
Inkscape:
Import
Path
Trace Bitmap

Then saved it...

When you do the Trace Bitmap does another window open up for you.. if it does then adjust the brightness numbers in the box.. until you get the results you want.

That is very low resolution file. It is going to be tough to convert and get a good cut.
