I tried to do a search of "Silouette" but I didn't come up with anything close to this. I would LOVE to have a file of this or a similar silouette that I could cut on SCAL. I would also love the dress, pants and shirt? I am not skilled with making my own files but these figures turned out gorgeous. Thanks in advance You can view the figures here:

What a lovely site, thanks. Basically she is using a Barbie doll as the body. Then she designs the clothes.

Your best bet is to find a mannequin here

Trace the one you like and then find/draw the clothes, or search the barbie collection or any fashion mag. A bit of a problem to form the clothes onto the body but i can be done.

I enjoy making silhouettes and making the clothes is a matter of using the pencil tool in Inkscape to draw around the mannequin and then shaping the garmet to suit using the node tools. You could spend more time shaping but for an example I'm happy.

This may not be exactly what you want but you can play with them.
