Help tracing this silhouette

I have a friend that wants to include the Cincinnati skyline in her save the date cards for her wedding. She specifically wants the one attached. Neither of us can find this image any larger, and no matter how I attempt to do it in Inkscape, it doesn't look right. I admit, I am a newbie, so I only know how to do the trace bitmap feature. Could someone please make this into an SVG for me??!! Thank you so much!

this is what i came up with. it is not perfect but the image was very small to work with and had to hand draw it
