Wanda's onsie is already in svg format. You'll probably have to cut them out with patterned paper and add scalloped borders on the neck and sleeves. Does that make sense? Maybe there's a way you can print and cut, but that's something I'm not familiar with.

Personally, I would just get a stamp, or use Word to type out my invite and then cut out the shape. That can be a real pain so maybe someone else can help you out there.
