HELP PLEASE REGARDING STICK FIGURE
Aloha, I'm watching the video tutorial made by Scrappy Dew regarding the stick figure. I'm having a problem regarding the Fill &Stroke (Ctrl+Shift+F) command, eventhough I click the X button, it still does not do the No Fill selection. Please help....

Make sure that the circles are selected when you click on the "X". It won't hurt to have a fill for this, the important thing is that you like the width of the stroke. HTH

Aloha Heather,
Thank you very much for your reply. I did have the cirlce selected but when I click the X the whole circle disappeared. I hope you can help me too with some other issues:
And sometimes when I want to make cirlce, it make different shape.
When I click Filter Effect, I got an error message saying that Inkspace encountered an internal error and will close now - and then it closes Inkspace.
When I click Close (File Close), Inkspace close like I quit. Should it just close the doc that I'm doing not close the program?
If I need to uninstall Inkspace to correct some of this problem, how do you do that?
So sorry Heather, I'm not that much computer literate and I'm glad you responded to my help.

The circles disappeared when you turned off the fill because you probably didn't have a stroke set. They are still there, you just can't see them. That is OK, just make sure that you set a stroke before you click off of the circles.
I'm not familiar with filter effect, that is from the Object menu, and most of that isn't used by SCAL.
Inkscape isn't a typical Windows (or Mac) program. It opens each file in its own window, so if you only have one file open and you close the file, then the program is closed. It also doesn't use the computer clipboard memory for pasting images or vectors between files.
