How to take .cut files and make them .svg or .scut??

Someone's blog has really cute files she made into .cut

She said I could ask someone to do it as she did not know how.

How do you trace them to make them svg or scut's to cut with SCAL??

.cut files are made with shapes (from cartridges) in design studio. The only way to convert these really is to create a screen shot and then trace.
