Need help

I have upgraded machines from a cricut create to an Expression I have scal 1 and 2 and both worked fine with the create main reason why I upgraded ..now I go into scal 2 make my design and it checks the mat then says error cant cut ......or it freezes when starting the connection
I have updated the firmware on the expression any ideas please its driving me crazy

Might go back and see if the requirements match what you have updated to. Doesn't hurt to double check. Here is a url for what system it requires
