I have been playing with my SCAL and practicing using the import button. I haven't cut anything out yet............I'm still learning!!! I have noticed that when I click on the SCAL button or when I click on an item I want to "practice" with, only the keyboard and the font window open now. When I first installed it, the whole window opened.........the mat, font window and the keyboard opened. I can get the mat to open on the screen if I right click on the icon and click on the word maximize. Am I doing something wrong??? Or sghould I uninstall the program and reinstall it???? Thanks for your your help. This board is one of the best. I have been learning so much and everyone has been great. Thanks to you experienced users for being so patient with us "Newbies"!!

Try going to edit/preferences and resetting defaults?
