Yes it is the Punch Ding font. Thank you for commenting. Should I put what font I used on future postings? I am fairly new at all of this.

No, you don't need to put the font unless it is required to do the cutting. If you do your designs in Inkscape then whoever downloads the file won't need that font to cut because the outlines being cut are included. I was just excited because I thought I recognized Punch Dings. I am happy to see it in use because I made that font.
