Hi, a friend of mine converted a JPG image into a SVG file using a software called Illistrator and she e-mailed it to me. I saved it and then went into SCAL and went to file import SVG file and double clicked on it and it shows up blank. Whats going on?

Check some of the post on the board. There is an explanation that has something to do with how the file was save...I think there is a box she will have to check or uncheck...not sure which since I don't use Illustrator.

Ok, thank you. I tried to download Inkscape and it keeps telling me that Inkscape must be installed in an empty directory. And I need to empty the directory. What the heck does that mean?
