Looking for decals that you would find on vehicles
anybody know a site where I can either download or buy reasonably (cheap)

That is a pretty broad request 
Many of the files in the SVG section are like those you would find on vehicles. I have a recent blog post about stick figures and if you follow the commercial links (next to last paragraph) those folks have other typical car decal designs, too.
