Help with Inkscape & Edges

Post by msmontecarlo3 »

Hi there, I am trying to cut a file to modify a clock for myself. I am a Fiesta Collector/ user and I simply cannot get the Fiesta Lady to show up nicely in Inkscape. Her lines are very distorted and looks like a blob. I have combed Susan's blog to find the tut I need but I can't. I noticed someone way smarter than me made a beautiful chef SVG from a drawing. Please help me here, I am about going nuts. Thank You,Lynn

The best way to start is to take the picture into a drawing program and get the lines as dark as possible. I have done this using brightness/contrast. Dan99 does it a little differently. http://forums.surecutsalot.com/viewtopi ... n99#p15229

Hi there, I just wanted to say Thank You for the suggestion. I did watch the video and can work PSP way better than Inkscape right now, lol. I had some things come up and didn't get a chance to try it out yet. Thanks again.
