word book material

Can any one tell me what the individual pages are made out of on the word books..they look so stiff..I am having a hard time finding colored card stock that is really stiff.....................thanks for everyones help !!!!!!!!!! don't have much time and hate to spend it all looking for the info I need ....thanks !!!!!!!!!! Judy

I think most people are using cereal cartons its a stiffer cardstock

I buy medium weight chipboard from createforless.com and set the cutter to cut 2 x's. Works great!
