SVG Image Does Not Show Up When Imported
SVG Image Does Not Show Up When Imported
Help! I'm using a trial verison of Sure Cuts A Lot. I've created an image in CorelDRAW X4 and exported it into an SVG formatted file, but when I import it into Sure Cuts A Lot, it is blank. Are there any special settings I need to know about when coverting vector art to SVG format?
Re: SVG Image Does Not Show Up When Imported
I have not used Corel Draw for SVG creation. In Illustrator there is no special settings - as long as the image is properly traced. And there are some special settings in Inkscape, too. Why not post your file here and let us troubleshoot it for you?

Re: SVG Image Does Not Show Up When Imported
I am having a simular issue. I do have Adobe Illustrator and open a jpg file, save it as an svg file, import it into Sure Cuts A Lot, and it shows up blank. Do I need to do something to the image in Adobe before saving?

Re: SVG Image Does Not Show Up When Imported
I am not familiar with Illustrator or Corel Draw, but usually when an svg file shows up blank in SCAL it is usually because the file doesn't have any vector graphics in it. In Inkscape you have to either convert an object or trace, depending on what it is (image or shape/text).
