my eCal2 does not open, help

Hello, good evening, my name is Katherine Alava, buy a sizzix eclipse machine through an authorized dealer here in Ecuador, "krafty" is more than a year old, at the beginning I had several problems with the lacer of the machine, never I was able to cut from 0, I got used to moving the paper and squaring the material in the mat, but now my biggest problem is that the program does not open, the eCal2 closed unexpectedly. I want to open it but it does not process, I go for two weeks like this and I need them to work because I have a job to deliver on April 15th. I would appreciate if you could help me indicate what I can do to open the program
I have a PC with window 10, the other programs open normally minus my eCal2, I uninstalled it to see if it worked but no, I'm still with the problem, help!

Have you checked to see if you're running the latest eCal2 before it was replaced with eCal3? To verify you have the latest version, use this link to get it:
