Can't view shapes, layers, etc....

Hi. I've only been using this software for a few weeks, but on and off I can't bring up the shapes or layers...it often fixes when I exit out of the program and open again...but not this time. Even if I try to open my saved workspace setup, nothing happens. I'm using a mac, running Mavericks. Doesn't matter if I have a blank page or if I've drawn something or have text...nothing happens when I click on any of these things. View is set to Layers.....and no layers showing either.

Ideas????

sue, which cutter, which Operating system, which version of scal/ecal are you using? The combinations have information which will help get a better answer more quickly.

Ooops...Silver Bullet 13", SCAL3 v. 3.056 (latest), running Mavericks OSX 10.9.1 (latest).

Sue, whilst waiting for someone here that has the SB you might try the Silver Bullet forum here. Maybe faster since all members have a Silver Bullet and some of them has to have a Mac running Mavericks.

I searched for problems with scal3 and mavericks and don't find any, may be something else so a shout out to CraftEdge.com/support might be even faster.
