Well i tried the etching again and it worked well. Made a candy jar for my mom's birthday and i will upload the picture this week, havent had a minute yet. She loved it (flower from a cartridge i have). Ok, gotta go, just thought i'd let you all know how the etching went. Jen

AC Moore & Michaels have their smooth ball jars on sale this week. $1 each at one and buy 2 at $1.49 and get 1 free at the other if you are looking for some dollar glass items. Saw a link on Pinterest for a homemade oatmeal bath with a simple design on the jar and gonna give it a try.

Thanks, I 'll check it out. I know about the sales, I was supposed to go to Michael's today but we 're
expecting a big storm so there goes that idea. I 'll probably do my pictures today since I 'm not doing anything. Thanks for the info. Jennifer
