Raewyn -- Normally, I would have put the mats (or shadows) on different pages but I haven't yet figured out how to do that. To cut, I just put three scraps of different color paper on my cutting mat and cut away. Actually, I found that that saves a lot of time and it's easy to know where to put the paper because of the ruler on the SCAL virtual mat.

Hope that helps.

Laurie
Thanks for that note.
I did the same. Wanted to mat a Happy Birthday title with two mats and so left all three cut outs on the same page, spread out and then when I went to cut it placed the different coloured papers on the cricut cutting mat and cut all three in one hit. Also the advantage I see to that is that when you import the svg into SCAL and have to resize it to fit the screen then all three pieces resized exactly the same. I think if I had made three pages then when resizing on SCAL I might have had problems getting them exactly right in size.
I was very happy with my end result also.

Thanks
Raewyn
