Help - JPGs and PNGs will not import

Suddenly yesterday I found that I can no longer bring jpgs or pngs into my SCAL2 or SCAL3 programs for tracing. I get a pop up Image Unvalid warning: "The image type is not supported". I believe the images are ok - I can trace them in MTC. Prior to yesterday I had no problems tracing. I rebooted my computer but the problem persists. Is anyone familiar with this complaint? Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you Jeanette

only thing I can think of is re-download the install file for scal3 and install over the one you have - something may have gotten corrupted somehow.

if that does not work, drop craftedge a email with the problem - say you have trying a re-install- and see if they can shed light on it.
