Scal 3 froze

I have version 3.028 it is frozen, can't shut down Mac or program. I tried re-install but SCAL3 says version 1.11 and the 3.045 is for Pro. I wrote support but it says 1-3 days. Meanwhile I can't close

If you are using SCAL3, you want 3.045 for windows and Mac. There is one that "is not" for the Pro. Try to install that one.

to shut down a mac - hold the power button until it goes off. count slowly to 30 then power back on.
