Eclips Won't Cut

My eclips will not cut at all. It goes through the motions, but nothing is happening. It just stopped right in the middle of a cut.
I did replace the blading thinking it was that, still no luck. It doesn't look like the blade is touching the surface. Any suggestions?

You will probably need to contact Sizzix. If you can make a video (on your phone is fine) of what is happening, they will probably request to see it. If they think they can't help you through it, they'll send you a call tag, and you can send it back, and they'll send you a new one. Good luck!
