cutting lines through file

i hope someone can help me.i have got a file from svg cuts and have been trying to cut it out,it cuts ok and scores the lines ok ,but it also cuts through the middle of the file too,therefore cutting it where it shouldn,t be cut.i hope i explained that properly.

That occurs when the software is running in Trial Mode...do you have it activated?

If yes, then you will have to follow some of the suggestions in the troubleshooting section, or search this problem and see what others have done...I know off hand, that the sensor can be wiped with a dry q-tip, and the blade housing can be cleaned by removing the blade and getting out the tiny bits of paper, and debrie removed from under rollers perhaps using a air can cleaner like for computers, and perhaps a new blade.
This is not first hand information, though, and you should search to see what owners of the machine have done.

there are several causes depending on which machine you have..

When asking questions it is a good idea to also include which machine you have, software version, computer type and software version number..

All of which could have baring on the answer ;)
