I'm having this problem with my computer being verryyyyy slow. If you put them onto a cd and you want to use them on SCAL later do you just pull it off the cd?

If someone sends me an image and wants to use it in their SCAL. how do I convert it to svg?

If someone gives me an image and wants me to convert it to svg, how do I do that?

Do you just use regular cardstock for this?

Can you u se the svg files on scal2 that are in scal 1?

I downloaded scal1 from craft edge themselves..I don't know where I would find my serial number. I send them a message for a lost serial number and they don't recognize my email address. I am so mad!

I want to finally upgrade to scal2. I'm tired of scal1 erroring out in the middle of working on it.
Do I need to uninstall scal1 to upgrade to 2 ? How does it work?
