Could someone please email me privately and tell me how to fill an object in Inkscape so it won't cut double lines PLEASE. Someone helped me out a long time ago but did not tell how to do it. HELP and thank you in advance. Nancy

I put it in Inkscape (.jpg file) then saved it as a .svg and then imported into SCAL and it's blank. So I went back and opened it in inkscape again and tried the trace bitmap to path and saved again as svg and it is still blank. I saved some files in Inkscape and imported them into SCAL and when I did they are all blank? Any Ideas? The files show ok in Inkscape. Thank you Nancy

They are so close together i can't delete them but good suggestion. I know BLACKOUT used to work for me but didn't today. Will ck the tutorial and thanks Nancy

i just got back into using my SCAL and i used to put it on blackout and it would not cut a double line. WELL that did not work. How do you prevent it from cutting the double line? I looked but can't find out thx Nancy

It is Windows XP and Designer Studio works fine as well as the rest of the programs. Not sure what issues I would be having with it. I think you can uninstall Design Studio and re-install and it puts back the old firmware.

yes, I had assumed this issue was fixed. Can I go back to the old firmware? I must confess I have been out of the loop for about 6 months so it as relearn thing. TIA Nancy
