More cuts!
More cuts!
Last Spring, I made 100 of these and now I have an order for 100 more. The last time I made these I cut them apart and weeded each one separately and then I put the contact paper on them. This time I am weeding them in sheets of 8. I put the contact paper on in whole large piece and then cut them apart. It is a lot easier to do it this way and saves a lot of time.

Re: More cuts!
Do you mean glue residue? I use Oracal and every once in awhile, I will have a piece of vinyl stick where it's not supposed to. I carefully pull it off and it when I do, it doesn't leave any residue. Also, try to pull the unwanted piece towards the cut and not away. That way you can push on the vinyl with your finger so it doesn't stretch out of shape.
Goo Gone is good for removing left over glue.
