HELP!!!! File converting???

I need a file converted and when I tried to upload it to this board, I got a message that said it's too big. Is there anyone out there that would be willing to give me their email and try and convert a file for me? Thanks in advance.

I didn't see the original, but that file cleaned up pretty well.
